Really, no percentage of bookings?
Really. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so money goes straight to you. You pay Stripe's standard card processing (as you would anywhere) and GlobePro's flat monthly fee. We never sit in the money flow.
Is there a contract or a mandatory setup fee?
No contract (month-to-month, cancel anytime) and no mandatory setup fee, the subscription is the subscription. You can import your own data for free. If you'd rather we handle the move and training, that's an optional one-time service, and it's waived when you pay annually.
What counts as a "published trip"?
A trip page that's live and bookable on your site. Drafts, past trips, and archived trips don't count against the limit.
Can you move our data in from our current tools?
Two ways. Import your guests, trips, and bookings yourself for free with our CSV templates and guide, on any plan. Or have us do it: guided migration starts at $499 (including a dedicated WeTravel import), and white-glove onboarding from $1,500 adds historical data, trip-page setup, and live staff training. Both are one-time and waived on annual plans. We migrated our own agency off WeTravel, so we know the pain.
How much is annual, and what do I save?
Annual is ten months for twelve: $990 Solo, $1,990 Boutique, $2,990 Agency, so you get two months free. Paying annually also waives any migration or onboarding fee.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel anytime, there's no lock-in. Your subscription is refunded pro-rata for unused time: on monthly you simply stop being billed, and on annual we refund the unused full months. Onboarding (guided migration and white-glove) is hands-on work, so it's non-refundable once we've started. One fair catch: because annual plans get onboarding waived, if you cancel a year early that waived onboarding becomes payable at its normal rate and is netted from your refund, you only got it free by staying the year.
